BLACKPINK Rosé’s Skincare Routine 2021

Among the BLACKPINK members, Rosé is known to be the one with the fairest skin. She performs her skincare routine every day, either she applied makeup on or not – she explained this during the time she was preparing for her appearance at the recent 2022 Spring/Summer Parish Fashion Week.

In the behind-the-scenes video, BLACKPINK Rosé shared that there are some days when she wouldn’t put makeup on and so, she wouldn’t need to cleanse her face. “But, that kind of led for my skin to be rough,” she continued.

After realizing this, she started to change her daily routine to make sure that her skin stays healthy and glowing. Rosé said that even on her days off when she is not required to apply makeup, she still cleanses her face as if she has makeup on. In that way, her skin will be fresh for the next day, according to the idol.

Meanwhile, in one episode of BLACKPINK House, the products for Rosé’s skincare were revealed, including Senka Speedy Perfect Whip, IOPE Moisturizing Glow Serum and IOPE Plant Stem Cell Emulsion Skin Perfection.

The IOPE Moisturizing Glow Serum, in particular, consists of nutrients such as glycerin, vitamin E and propylene glycol, all of which have a moisturizing and antioxidant effect on the skin.

Apart from those, BLACKPINK Rosé’s skincare routine also includes applying body lotion to keep her skin moist. She prefers body lotions with fruit scents like Body Fantasies Signature Peach Apricot. She also uses an oil cleanser (or milk cleanser) to remove dirt and the rest of the makeup.

After using an oil cleanser, Rosé would wash her face with a facial wash. Washing our face only with water will not wholly get rid of the dirt, oil and cosmetics, and so, this will lead to the next skincare steps being meaningless since the pores are not cleaned well and will not absorb the nutrients. Later on, the “GONE” singer would apply a toner, an essence, an emulsion and a serum.

Putting a sheet mask before going to bed (lasts for 15-20 minutes) is also part of BLACKPINK Rosé’s skincare routine to keep her skin moist and supple. She will then put on eye cream and moisturizer after taking the mask off.

Rosé also uses moisturizer in the morning along with sunscreen, which is regarded as the most important element of a morning skincare routine.

The BLACKPINK member once revealed that once she finds the right product that works for her, she sticks with them.
