BTS Jin Hailed as No. 1 ‘True Visual Center’ Among Male Idols
In a poll, titled “Who do you think is the true visual center for all male idols?”, organized by the community portal site DC Inside (run by CEO Kim Yoo Sik), BTS Jin ranked first as the true visual center among nominees.
The voting period ran from May 30 to June 5, and BTS Jin topped the list with 14,595 (30 percent) of the 49,444 votes cast.
Jin is a member of South Korea’s leading and global boy group BTS, and his popularity has been greatly influenced by his visuals.

With his handsome appearance, he is often recognized by famous foreign media and celebrities. Not only that, but non-K-pop fans also acknowledge his beauty, even earning nicknames like “the guy with the cast” and “the guy in the light brown suit” during their invitation to the Grammys 2022 in April.
Of course, he’s not just a pretty face but is also a talented soloist who continues to break records in the domestic and international charts with his solo OSTs and releases. Earlier, he was selected as the “Best K-Drama OST Artist.”
Top 22 ‘True Visual Centers’: SF9 Rowoon, ASTRO Cha Eun Woo, More!

Following Jin, Rowoon of SF9 took second place with 12,802 (26 percent) votes. He is the group’s center, and was nicknamed “Man Jit Nam” for his pure cartoon-like features.
Rowoon, who has steadily increased his profile as idol and actor, is praised for his outstanding visuals and acting.

The third spot went to Cha Eun Woo of ASTRO with 8,314 (17%) votes.
Often, he is called a “face genius” for his good looks and intelligence. He always draws admiration for his unrealistic CG-like and almost perfect beauty.
Aside from being a singer, he is also active in various entertainment shows, dramas, and advertisements.
